  • Experience: 6+ Years

    BE. Civil

1) Coordinating and following up with consultants / clients for drawings & approvals.
2) Check & review the drawings as regard to dimensional accuracy, aesthetics, functionality, interface with all services, specification of materials, shop drawings, etc.
3) Preparing detail estimate & budget of the project and conducting time to time review of the budget during execution of the project.
4) Preparing master schedules for the project including resource schedules, execution methodologies, milestones, cash flow projections.
5) Assisting project manager in value engineering, Participating in project meetings for evaluating project progress and providing inputs on budgets & cost control.
6) Tracking of Hindrance / Delay on daily basis, coordinating for closing hindrance with concern department. Developing & maintaining MIS reports on a monthly basis.

Quality Engineer

1) Preparation of Inspection & Test Plans according to the QA/QC requirements.

5) Maintaining documentation of relevant test reports / certificates, calibration reports, pour cards, BBS, etc.

Purchase Executive

  • Experience: 6+ Years

1) Receives Material Purchasing Requisition from particular site.
2) Submitting the Indent for Approval with proper BOQ Checking.
3) Floating enquiries to different vendors & getting quotations in time, making a comparison for negotiation.
4) Preparing purchase order as per finalized terms & conditions and instructions receives from Purchase Executives.
5) Sending PO to suppliers & confirm the same for getting accepted.
6) Dealing with existing Vendors, development of new vendors as and when required,
7 Responsible for establishing smooth relationship with all vendors.
8) Checking of Daily Material inward report along with Challan, verifies the material received with P.O & submitting the same for verification along with Proper filing of documents.
9) Maintain the record of delivery Challans, Bills, Purchase Order & Inward material receipt etc. all this detail should be used for final billing checking.
10) Co-ordination with Store / Site for material receipt / shortage of material or new requirement if any.
11) Data entries in ERP System, Help Accounts team in verification of the Invoices & tally entries.
