We recently welcomed NICMAR interns as part of our structured internship program, offering hands-on exposure to real project execution, cross-functional coordination, and the culture that defines our work.

Over their training period, interns engaged across departments and project sites—learning through planning reviews, safety briefings, BIM sessions, and on-ground experience. Their dedication, curiosity, and commitment were appreciated by mentors and leadership alike.

World Environment Day 2025

World Environment Day 2025 was celebrated across all our sites and offices with collective commitment toward sustainable practices. From sapling plantations and clean-up drives to awareness sessions and plastic-free initiatives, teams actively participated in strengthening our Sustainability pillar under SITE@C.

Each activity reflected our belief that Nation Building and Planet Care go hand in hand. We appreciate every team member for contributing to a cleaner, greener tomorrow.

International Yoga Day 2025 was celebrated across all our sites and offices with energizing morning sessions focused on balance, flexibility, and well-being. Guided yoga routines, breathing practices, and team stretches brought everyone together under this year’s theme — “One Earth, One Health.”

The initiative reinforced our belief that strong minds build strong teams, and strong teams build a stronger nation.
We thank all coordinators and participants for making this day meaningful and inspiring.

Independence Day was celebrated with pride across the Head Office and project sites. The tricolor was hoisted, the national anthem resonated with enthusiasm, and teams came together in a spirit of unity and patriotism.

The celebration also encouraged reflections on how each of us, through our work, contributes to India’s growth and strengthens the nation’s progress.

We are proud to announce the completion of 1 Million Safe Man-Hours at the STT Data Center Project (NMDC 02 & 03), Navi Mumbai. This achievement reflects our team’s unwavering commitment to safety, disciplined execution, and teamwork.

We ensure strong on-site awareness through interactive Safety Parks, provide dignified living through modular labour colonies, conduct regular health check-up camps, support workers with BOCW welfare registrations, and carry out monsoon preparedness drives to keep teams safe throughout the season.

The Dr. C. D. Deshmukh Auditorium for the Roha–Ashtami Municipal Council was successfully inaugurated on 12th September 2025.
Spread across 3,316 sq.m., this auditorium is set to become a prominent cultural landmark for Raigad.

Scope of Work: Civil & Electrical Works, HT/LT Systems, DG & UPS, CCTV & IT Systems, Fire Safety, Lighting, HVAC, Solar Rooftop, Hydrant Systems, Lifts, Pump Rooms & Electrical Distribution.

Crafted with care by Shubham EPC, this state-of-the-art venue merges tradition with modernity, offering a space where arts and education can flourish together. Designed to inspire both students and the community, it’s not just an auditorium; it’s a gateway to a thousand stories and countless dreams. We would like to thank every individual and team that has been a part of this project.
